Now I hear there was a major hiccup at Safaricom that made several numbers
unreachable, and yes, I know someone who went through this. Let's wait for
official communication from Safaricom so we can know what happened.
Funny advise that was - to divert all calls to 'another working number'.
1. Does this mean Safaricom expects, as a standard, that everyone should
have an alternate number??
2. And suppose the alternate number is also in the same affected lot? Or
did they mean 'divert to another network'?
3. And who did they think is supposed to pay for the 'divert' charges when
it is their fault?
