[kictanet] Govt: Children will not take laptops home

I am also beginning to see this as being wasteful. Why not build a lab with
N-Computing like equipment where you have a powerful pc with many terminals
that can be used by many more kids?

Also are there dumb tablet terminals i.e tablets that can be used to access
the said PC without them requiring to have hefty processors to be useful?
