I am sorry but you are missing the point. What business does the government
have to revive moribund and dead companies? That should be left to the
market.

Government interventions should be confined to sectors/areas where the
competitiveness of the country is at risk. Long term BHAGs (Big Hairy
Audacious Goals) that will eventually move the country to a level where
industries can effectively compete with others globally through skilled
human capital, first class infrastructure (roads, broadband etc), an
enabling regulatory environment and a reasonable safety net for society.
