Worked on Botswana Post and I concur its a success story in the continent.
Think we got weak leadership at Posta Kenya.

Whata travesty and a lost opportunity. Two years ago I spent time working
on a project to help Botswana Posts introduce their own mobile money
product as a service. They had already (as part of their strategic plan)
established partnership with Govt to handle payment of social grants
(pensions, social security, welfare etc)....

There are many other ways of being sustainable.
