[kictanet] Internet - Slow

Robert,

When I set up KIXP the only means of ISPs connecting was via Telkom copper.
Then KDN brought in fiber which made a huge difference. There were no data
centers to speak of at the time. And when 2 or 3 companies later introduced
them it was too competitive.

Needless to say - organizational structure is a very important element in
the decisions that govern such installations. as things stand right now
KIXP's decisions are made by the TESPOK board so KIXP members are subject
to that structure - what I dont understand is why a major carrier feels
they are not being heard?
