first, teams had warned of intermittent slow service for several month
still April as they upgraded the cable to stave off fiber cuts. Then there
was a cut to the cable linking eastern Africa to India and parts of
southern Europe ( Seacom ). Lat week the Egyptian Authorities reported
arresting three men who had tried to cut cables somewhere in the
Mediterranean...
