@ Ali i agree taking cue reading through Dr. Ndemo's post i i can see
that a number of institutions and personalities have taken deliberate
steps to spearhead the initiative and i suppose they have been
allocated the same resources to do so , given the resources i would
not dissapoint , i am throwing the challenge to those given the
responsibility in this season to lead the effort that is why in a
society some animals are more equal than others, they take honey in
place of sugar to think properly on behalf of those who take sugar..
