This was bound to happen. With the sacking of all employees to bring
in "fresh blood", with less pay! How do we expect quality to be
maintained with such actions? This is very frustrating since some of
us rely on this critical resource to put bread on the table.

And the change manager has the audacity to keep quite without issuing
a statement, an apology, or an explanation. At least he should issue a
statement to registrar through the registrar mailing list.

And I've observed from previous communications, the change manager
does not respond to queries unless provoked. That is poor customer
care.
