1. simplest is take out your sim card, look for someone with a cutter
and cut it off.
2. If youre brave, get a micro SIM, align with your SIM making sure the
metallic contacts align, snip snip snip. Just be careful your cuts are
smooth and well finished, otherwise you risk getting it stuck in your
device, especially for those devices where you need a pin to take it out...
a nasty experience.
3. Walk to your customer care center for your provider and request for a
sim swap, specifically ask for a micro sim.
I have had experience with both safaricom and Orange, they DO have micro
SIMS.
