[kictanet] Removal from the list

It's not the system, but rather some bots programmed to automatically do
HTTP_POSTS - which Brian understands. The only way to stop these from
happening is to disable the subscription/un-subscription pages, which is
counterproductive as it will stop subscription requests.

So best advise is: If you did not initiate the unsub move, just ignore
these.
