[kictanet] ATU discussions

It seems that the Kenyan team presented their own position. Could we be told by the team (I believe led by CCK) how they developed the position? Who gave them the brief to represent Kenya's issues and where did they get the brief? The new constitution gives us a right to know what is presented on our behalf and like others have said here, there was no time that there was support of ETNO proposals.
We will be asking too much to ask Omo to share what has been prepared as a national position?

It is shocking to know that the team acted contrally to our position. I have not met those who went to Ghana yet. For sure we are taking what we agreed on to Dubai.
