I think it's enough for Wananchi Group to simply buy them out. South
Africans are stupid fellows. They never learn their lessons in Kenya!
I am saying *stupid* because there are precedences where South Africans
have come to do business in KE, transformed the business into a South
African affair and then ran out of steam - losing in the process. If you
doubt me, ask anyone who has worked for these companies under the
management of South Africans.
KDN has steadily lost business simply because of their poor and
uncoordinated support, to which they got feedback but ignored as criticism.
When you fail to listen to your clients cries, you go down, whether you
like it or not. Customer is King!!! So when you start feeling that you are
doing customers a favor and turn a deaf ear to them, what follows is as
obvious as day follows night.
I can only say "good riddance" KDN! Whoever invests their money in KDN must
eject the South Africans in order to survive.
