[kictanet] Of Dr. Ndemo and humor.

I was at the launch of Windows 8 yesterday and got my ribs aching from Dr.
Ndemo's humor.

Well delivered speech and great policies.

BTW I work with Microsoft and next to me was my colleague from South Africa
and couldn't stop to notice as he marveled when Dr. Ndemo mentioned the
availability of 100Mbps in a middle of nowhere in this country after
elections and Kenya being the only country in Africa to have open data.

Once again thank you for getting this country at the top in ICT
infrastructure and innovation in Africa.
