Dear colleagues,

Greetings...

The above subject matter refers. The 2012 edition of the Korean
Electronics Show comes up on October 9 (Tues) - 12 (Frd) at
KINTEX (Korea International Exhibition Centre).

Please find below the main package:

1. Half ticket refund. That means you'll arrange for your ticket
and after the event you'll be re-imbursed with half the cost.
2. 2 nights of free hotel lodge in a top class hotel. If you want
to stay extra nights, you'll make your own arrangement.
3. Business match meeting to meet top manufacturers and
4. a Gala dinner

You may extend this package to your members. In this case, your
association may retain one quarter of the ticket refund as your
association fee or this may be charged separately. That means
your members will only get one quarter refund on the ticket.  As
for AfICTA, no fee is charged for now.

Kindly let me have the names of your members that would be
interested to send to Korea for the Invitation Letters which
would be delivered to your offices and you can then arrange for
South Korean visa in your countries. (You'll need to find out the
cost of SK visa in your country.) In Nigeria, it is about US$50.

Kindly send in your expression of interest to [10]pm at aficta.org
with Full names, photocopy of your passport datapage valid till
end of 2012 by May 25, 2012.

A copy of the 2011 report is attached for your perusal.
