Pirate Bay: Fighting a losing battle?

File-sharing site The Pirate Bay must be blocked by UK internet service
providers, the High Court has ruled.

The Swedish website hosts links to mostly pirated free music and videos.

But, as the BBC's Daniel Emery explains, copyright holder may still be
"fighting a losing battle" in the quest to protect their material.
