The Chinese Communists actually passed some GOOD laws, that will NOT pass
in a corrupt but democratic Kenyan parliament.

If such a law was passed in Kenya, ALL of Kenya would develop faster than
we will even with the oil find.

Instead, we entrenched the opposite (exemptions to the Bill of Rights) in
the 2010 Kenya Constitution.

Without oil, but with more justice + innovation, Israel is way ahead in the
Middle East.
