I was gratified to see this article in the Nation. It seems like Devolution
is already working! :-)

Now if only we can get the IT Infrastructure that we now take for granted
in Nairobi to 'Mashinani' we will truly be moving this country forward.
This has to be a PPP initiative.

Universal Access CCK? It is quite interesting that CCK has chosen to remain
mum on this issue...
