[kictanet] e-Government Online Portal

[Muchiri Nyaggah]

A great step in the direction towards true Gov2.0 in Kenya. I hope the
other services like the business name search will now be implemented...I
noticed that it isn't quite working on hudumakenya.go.ke

So does this mean I now have a new email address @hudumakenya.go.ke?
