Dear All
This a good move to have the Kenya IGF in July. This will prepare us
for the African IGF and the International Conference later in the year.
Some topics that come to my mind are

1. Promoting internet access in terms of infrastructure and cost. At
the same time the cost of ipads, tablets, smart phones and other devices
that are needed by the end user. I am working with a program that is
promoting access to education by youth in slums and marginalized
communities and these are major challenges.

2. ICT and development

3. Enabling access to Education

4. open source resource
