[kictanet] Promotion of Local Content

Does anyone know what is required to promote African film/production in Kenya (content that is from Africa, not necessarily Kenyan). This is African content that is already produced and the producer looking to promote it in Kenya.

What are the requirements, process and channels of promotion? Any contact would also be highly appreciated.
