Dear Mctim,

Here is a graph from 2009 showing one week's aggregate of about 10Gig
(In+Out) on the Kenya-Tanzania link alone.... this was with only 6 ISPs in
Tz and 4 ISPs in Kenya peering across the link....Should believe that there
would be *TONS* more traffic today!
