Hi Muraya, et al,
I read this article and was left with a couple of questions some of
which i believe those in the know (and on this list) can help clarify.
1. I was under the impression that the NOFBI project was established to
interconnect Government across the country with the extra capacity being
leased to operators.
2. If 1 above is true, is this new project a duplication of resources.
3. If 1 above is false, have we maximized the NOFBI infrastructure to
warrant such a huge investment. In other words, what is different about
this project that could not be accomplished under NOFBI
4. What is the status of NOFBI ?
While i appreciate development, am concerned about investing additional
resources acquired from loans (that i help service with my taxes) to
build what i perceive to be duplicated infrastructure.
Help me understand if am are missing the point.
Regards,
Michuki
