Based on the current speeds that we are experiencing it just shows we
desperately need redundacy and probably proper security to prevent
reoccurence, perhaps impose restoration fees to the ship owners. And realy
i think on hindsight we ought to also appreciate the fast speeds that we
are now accustomed to due to the submarrine cables :-)
