Interesting Piece Pierre, i agree with Roberts observation, the
Internet has flourished under an environment of openness, cooperation
and collaboration, it will be futile to try and establish control over
it at this point in time, the top down approach will not work,
nonetheless it is upon stakeholders to make as much noise and make the
leaders aware of the implications some wrong decisions could make, i
do recall the fact that there was a high level delegation from the ITU
at the IGF in Nairobi, i wonder what the outcome of the meeting was
and whether it had any relationship with the issue Robert is
discussing.
