The KICA 1998 places regulation of broadcasting solely on the shoulders of CCK.If there is any limitations,then they can only be provided for in that Act or the Constitution and nowhere else.

What do you mean their relationship with the CCK is limited?
Isn't the body a regulator for all communication companies in the country?

Granted they are more concerned with technical issues but broadcasting
what can only be termed as filth doesn't bother them?
