UoN was supposed to produce STBs, right? Kwani what happened? Well, they
need to start with producing bicycles before they can get to electronics.

The govt can facilitate Huawei (through single-sourcing) to bring in 1
million STBs, each valued at about 1,000.
I believe Nairobians can take all those in 2 weeks. Problem solved.

The other parts of Kenya can wait for their consignment in the planned
months before switch off.
