I think it is a done deal. Wangusi will get it.

He has already been acting and is better at navigating the stormy
politics of telcos and media houses than Njoroge was.

I don't know much about Omo but it is telling that he was not picked
to be acting when Njoroge was shown the door.

Njoroge himself was not bad, only he would not fraternize with telco
bosses that Waweru was chummy with (and probably did business with).

Kiptiness is a straight forward guy who would probably make the best
DG among them but he has been away for sometime when he worked for
Telkom Kenya.

Wangusi it is.
