Some good news that Nation and other local media should be floating around. That the seat of Afrnic Chair finally came to East Africa.  Badru Ntege is the new Afrinic Chair - he is our neighbour from  .ug and the East African Primary Delegate. 

Badru is on this list and so u can wish him a good term and ask him to bring the internet goodies to the region :-)
