Fromt his link http://www.balancingact-africa.com/news/en/issue-no-188 it
appears Dr Siganga has been Chairman of the CSK since at least 1998.
This means that if the staus quo remains, by this time next year he will
have served under the tenure of three presidents.
I feel confident stating that it is time we had some fresh blood to
invigorate that institution that has largely fallen into irrelevance.
