Thanks a lot for taking the time to respond to my plea, as my secondary school teacher, Mr. Sikwera, kept reminding us "never put your light under a bushel" thanks for hanging yours on the top branch to provide light and guidance to the rest of us.

Hi,

I requested for a data set on the Opendata platform and received an email confirming that the dataset was now available unfortunately no instructions where given on how to access it and I have finally given in.

Is there anyone out there who is familiar with accessing specific data sets, any assistance at this stage will definitely reduce my hair loss.
