[kictanet] Opendata dataset access

Hi,

I requested for a data set on the Opendata platform and received an email confirming that the dataset was now available unfortunately no instructions where given on how to access it and I have finally given in.

Is there anyone out there who is familiar with accessing specific data sets, any assistance at this stage will definitely reduce my hair loss.
