www seems to be than canonical url, but elimuportal.net should also resolve.

I see the content using that IP.

It seems that then all that is needed is an alias in Apache httpd.conf

    ServerName www.example.com
    ServerAlias example.com


I have bcced the admin found in the SOA of the DNS.
