hi listers
in response to harry's question 'freedom of speech' is the right to
express one's thoughts and opinions without governmental restriction.
'freedom of information' which is also referred to as freedom of
access to information is the right of the public to access official
documents so that they may be better informed and the gvt. held
accountable for their actions.
'freedom of expression' is freedom of speech, assembly or religion
somtimes termed as freedom of speech.
some rights are subject to limitation under article 24 of the constitution.
regards
kerubo
