Hi Nyanchama - my sense is that compturizing a rotten system does
not solve anything. You only computerize the rot. The first set
is to clean the system and then computerize.

Friends.
I am wondering what is happening at the Land Registry.
With ICT we could have a record of all allocated land titles,
make the registry publicly searchable (perhaps at a small fee) so
that we can avoid cartels bilking innocent, hard working Kenyans
of their life-time investments.
Anyone know what is happening at the Ministry of Lands?
And couldn't these demolitions be done in a more humane manner?
