Bwana PS,
Very interesting that you bring up cancer. Two people I know of passed on
this week.
Someone once told me some the most difficult Kenyans to convince to buy or
deploy Information systems are lawyers and medics.
Otherwise, how do we push for powerful CIO positions to be created in
counties and in various government departments?
