They have used an inefficient model.  Generally our incomes are understated since more than 85% of the workforce is in the informal sector.  There is a better methodology of estimating incomes.

I think you need to pay attention on our open access policies on Broadband.  The entire world is watching us to see the outcome.  Once in place I would hope. There will be greater competition and the markets will decide.
