[kictanet] 3772 Kenya Gazette supplement no. 130

Kenya Law are always the first to give legislative updates ( I hold no
brief for them:) Please check the e-newsletter KLR Issue 40/2011 sent last
week. It mentions the supplements. Check under the newsletter section, or
legislative supplement.
