[kictanet] Meeting with PS on Digital Villages

After some teething problems [anyone need advise on setting up a new
business? I'm your man!] I am now back on the list. I'm sure I've missed a
lot but would like to particularly catch up on the outcome of the meeting
that listers had with PS about digital villages. Is there a write-up
somewhere?
