[kictanet] Vision 2030 on PDF

[Muchiri Nyaggah]

I can't seem to find a current pdf for Kenya's Vision 2030 anywhere. I found
one on the Kenyatta University website but it's before BPO was changed IT
Enabled Services / Outsourcing. There's an overview on Scribd but nothing on
the Vision 2030. Is this intentional?
