Dear Colleagues

I gave a very fun talk on Friday in Washington DC.

It was at Giganet.

They are very interested in the IGF proceedings, in IANA, and ICANN. They
are also interested in connecting with east african IGF people.

In addition, the FCC is  interested in me mapping the digital villages for
them. Hope we can work on that when I am there in July.
