Hi,

I stand corrected but didn't KICT Board indicate that they had computerised the 
payment system at the ministry of lands?

I am trying to get a mortgage and the staff at lands are insisting that I must 
produce proof of having paid land rent in the past.  They indicate that they are 
not able to produce a statement, if this is so can we be explained to in detail 
exactly what was implemented at Lands.
