[kictanet] An Open Letter to Zuku

I got a response from Wananchi yesterday and I saw another sent to a list
member. It was signed 'Support Team'. *sigh* I suggested they subscribe to
the list and respond here as well.

I hope when they eventually respond to the list that it will be signed by a
single individual, hopefully in senior management.
