[kictanet] Can Kenyans Watch Internet TV?

I wanted to subscribe to an Internet TV Service at
[1]http://livestreamdirect.com/11/    but on the list of
countries given at the subscription site Kenya is conspicuously
missing, although Uganda and Tanzania are there. Are there any
official constraints to Kenyans watching Internet TV?
