Hi Robert,

I'd think the international circuit is fairly well sorted out. Speeds on
that front are affected mainly by the ratio by which the ISP is overselling.
The issue is local connectivity and redundancy and that's where emphasis
should be.

By the way, who's doing the 'emphasizing'?
