[kictanet] Of Vision 2030 and Misplaced Priorities

The problem stems from making healthcare a business where now falling sick
becomes a monetary affair. The American model is not the ultimate model to
be followed as we see everyday people being detained for not clearing fees.
How is this not illegal imprisonment and where does this leave our new
constitution?
