[kictanet] ISOC Kenya Chapter Creation efforts

I have been in the frontline championing for a ISOC chapter in Kenya. I even
hinted on this mailing list about the same some time back. I think Alice is
aware of it. I will be the first one to attend the meeting to chart the way
forward to form a Kenyan chapter. This is indeed a good move in the right
direction.
