[kictanet] Open Data - Where does it sit?

Listers,

I'm doing a collection of stories by adult learners in Narok, Nakuru,
Nairobi, West Pokot, Kakamega, Kisumu, Taveta and Garissa, and the
source of these areas (by population and the area, etc), I'm getting
it from opendata.go.ke.
I see this as an opportunity to offer accurate data for development purposes.

This is a great initiative.
