Forget about teaching teahers how to use computers.  They forget quickly.  Let us simply focus on providing access to students.  They will figure out and most importantly spread the teaching to parents and teachers.  This is how the use of mobile telephony spread.  Teachers will undermine you for fear of losing their jobs to computers.
