I like Catherine Adeya's idea of trying to contact those in the grassroots to 
coordinate some of us who want to help the rural folk. In fact there is an 
organization called Kenya Network of Telecentres (www.kenyatelecentres.org) 
which has several member information resource centres in rural and slum areas 
which can be used to build the capacities of those living around the centres and 
beyond. Over to you folks.
