Gathara, thanks for reminding us that there is still work ahead with regards to policy and regulation to ensure consumer protection and the need for all cell phone providers to cooperate. Most important you raise the need to have a balance between rewarding innovation and public interest.
 
Lucy, your views on consumer protection have been noted.
 
Mburu, your concern that consumers data is 'bound' to be misused by service providers means that we have to be vigilant and remember that this is an IG issue. Consumer data could be used for say marketing purposes. However the KCA Act 2009 does provide for data protection but mostly on access to computer data.  
 
Bwana PS, in your response to Mburu, you mention that there is a draft data protection bill. I will confess that I have not seen it but I assume that  other listers have seen it. Is it available for all of us to consume? Thanks for your commitment to seeing that laws are followed.
 
Steven, i hope listers in the know will provide us with the information on the percentage of bandwidth available on zero facebook.

Mutoro, yes the constitution of Kenya is now the supreme law of the land and all other laws must be consistent with this tool. 
 
Again, listers, just to repeat what Barrack mentioned on day one, all your views will form the report that will be presented during the Kenyan IGF. Your views are therefore important and we appreciate your time and contributions. Keep them coming!
